On-Site Tech Support Services
On-site technical support services are available on-demand or on a contract basis.   On-demand services are based on availability.  All service calls are handled with equal importance and resolved as quickly as possible.
On-site services allows our technicians to fully analyze your technology and it’s environment.  Often times the peripherals or harsh working environments can cause systems to fault.  Our technicians can pinpoint the cause of the problem to prevent further reoccurance of the  issue.

Basic phone support is available for all active customers free of charge.

Repair Services
Prompt services of all your technology repair needs. All repairs are covered under a minimum 30-day labor and 90-day parts warranty, or as specified by the manufacturer. Intrigue Communications recommends regular data backup and assume no responsibility for lost data.
